Canva, a popular designing platform, has recently announced a significant increase in its Teams product range. The design company Canva is massively raising AI features subscription prices for some users by 300%. This price increase is being attributed to generative AI and Magic Studio expansion. But this increase will impact multiple users. For example, the cost of a five-person plan in the US has risen from $119.99 to $500 a year, although the first team plan is available at a 40% discount for the first 12 months. This is such a huge jump in price!
For Canva Teams, the price is now $100 per person annually or ₹10 per month, with at least three people needed for a Teams plan. This is absolutely insane! juThe price changes will not apply to Enterprise tiers or Canvas Pro.
Canva releases a note that
- Your Canva subscription rate will rise from $119.99 per year to the discounted $300 per year for the first twelve months from November and December 2024.
- The $40% discount will also apply to team members when you add within that period.
- After this user subscription will increase to $500 every year
